An ATV rider has been arrested for suspended driving in Tiny Township.
The OPP says the ATV was stopped on Cedar Point Road on Friday, and the rider was unable to provide his Ontario driver’s license.
Police say further investigation revealed that the rider was a suspended driver as a result of a court order and as a result, 40 year old Adam Hardman of Tiny Township has been charged with the offence of Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on an recognizance to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on July 29, 2021 and is subject to a further license suspension and 45 day vehicle tow/impound under the Ministry of Transportation (ADLS) guidelines.
