A man has drowned in Sparrow Lake.
Police were called about a swimmer who failed to resurface near a cottage in Deep Bay in Severn Township on Tuesday afternoon.
Witnesses were able to get the man to shore and administer first aid until paramedics arrived, but sadly, 76 year old Roland Jonker from Toronto was pronounced dead at the scene.
