If you’re looking for a first or second vaccine dose in the Collingwood area, you can attend a walk in clinic Wednesday at the Collingwood curling club.
The clinic is open to anyone 12 years and up and runs from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. while supplies last.
Priority will be given to those who need a first dose, and those looking for their second jab who received their initial shot before May 1.
The clinic is open to Simcoe Muskoka residents only.
If possible please print and fill out this consent form, and bring it with you to the clinic.
