A 47-year-old Huntsville man faces uttering death threats and criminal harassment charges.
The incidents that police say involved threats to cause death or bodily harm happened in Huntsville on June 29th.
The accused also faces other criminal charges including mischief under $5,000.
He has a bail hearing scheduled for today in Huntsville.
