Second dose Moderna appointments are now available at clinics in Collingwood and Wasaga Beach.
If you received your first dose of vaccine (Pfizer, AstraZeneca OR Moderna) at one of the clinics in Collingwood or Wasaga Beach, you can sign up for your second dose. If you would like additional information about mixing vaccines, please click here. The National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) has confirmed that a mixed vaccine schedule can be completed safely and is effective. To ensure maximum protection against COVID-19 and the Delta variant, Ontarians are encouraged to get vaccinated as soon as they can and to receive their second dose within the recommended interval with whichever vaccine is available to them. These clinics are offering Moderna as your second dose.
If you feel that you have sufficient information and wish to proceed to book your second dose of Moderna vaccine at one of our drive-through locations in Collingwood or Wasaga Beach, click here to BOOK NOW if you meet the following criteria:
- Resident in South Georgian Bay
- Received your first dose of an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) at least 28 days from time of appointment OR received your first dose of an AstraZeneca at least 8 weeks from time of appointment

This booking link is for those who have received their first dose of vaccine in South Georgian Bay who meet the criteria above. If you do not meet the criteria and you proceed to book an appointment you will be turned away. If you need to book your second appointment and are not a local South Georgian Bay resident, please contact the location where you received your first dose.
If you proceed to booking and attend our drive through clinic, we ask that everyone arrive as close to their appointment time as possible (not early or late) to avoid traffic congestion. Wear loose clothing. Please note that you are only eligible for this clinic if you fit one of the eligibility criteria above. You will be turned away if this is not the case.
If you are changing any vaccine appointments, please ensure that you cancel your original appointment using your original method of booking. This will ensure that no appointments are blocked from other eligible patients.
