Owen Sound police say for the third time this week, officers have charged a 26-year-old resident who refuses to isolate.
Despite testing positive for Covid and being ordered to remain at home, police found this man to be outside his residence in the Owen Sound downtown core for non-essential reasons.
In following the Health Protection and Promotion Act, he received another $880 fine.
Police say two other residents who have been ordered by the health unit to isolate after contracting Covid have also been fined.
