The OPP have withdrawn second degree murder charges against two Toronto area men, accused in the stabbing death of a 23 year old Mississauga man in Wasaga Beach on the weekend.
The pair now face charges of assault with a weapon, and have been released from custody.
But a third man, a 25 year old from Brampton now faces a charge of second degree murder and remains in custody.
The incident took place early Sunday morning at Beach Area One.
