The OPP have laid charges after a disturbance at a park in Angus on Wednesday.
Police say a man wearing a “Michael Myers” halloween mask was seen at Stonemount Park , carrying a wrench, banging on things , yelling at people and taking pictures of children.
It’s alleged he also got into a confrontation with some young teens.
Police were called but the suspect took off before they arrived.
Now a 24 year old Essa township man has been charged with several offences including uttering threats , mischief, causing a disturbance and criminal harassment.
