A 24-year-old Penetanguishene man is facing assault charges.
On June 5th, officers from the South Georgian Bay OPP detachment responded to a complaint made by an adult and a family member while they were on Water Street near Owen Street in Penetanguishene.
The accused faces two counts of assault.
He was released from custody and will appear in Midland Court on August 5th.
