The OPP has charged a 41-year-old Midland man after allegations a person had been secretly video recorded and harassed.
A search warrant was executed at an apartment on King Street in Midland on June 8th and a number of digital images were seized
Gregory Griffin was arrested and charged with:
· Criminal Harassment – repeatedly communicate
· Criminal Harassment – repeatedly follow
· Criminal Harassment – threatening conduct
· Voyeurism
· Distribute intimate image without consent
· Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court (two counts)
· Mischief Endangering Life
The accused remains in custody and will appear in Midland court at a future date.
Investigators are concerned there may be more victims in the community and remind that it is never too late to report a crime or an assault.
