A 32-year-old south river man is charged with being impaired by drug following a Hwy 11 collision in Armour Township.
It happened in the northbound lanes on June 8th just before 6 pm.
The accused had his license suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded.
He has a July 22nd court date set in Sundridge.
