The Grey Bruce Health Unit reported two new Covid cases in the region on Wednesday.
According to Public Health, residents of Georgian Bluffs and Saugeen Shores tested positive.
The region’s active known case load now sits at 13. Three area residents are currently hospitalized.
Public Health says there are also five people from other health units transferred to local intensive care units in the area.
Seven Grey Bruce residents have died from the virus over the course of the pandemic.
More than 99,000 Covid vaccine doses have been administered in the region to date.
The testing and case counts data released by the health unit on Wednesday is reflective of a 24-hour period prior to 11:59 p.m. Tuesday.
