A 23-year-old Huntsville man faces a mischief charge following an incident at Deerhurst Resort.
On Monday OPP responded to a mischief call at the Deerhurst Adventure Park.
Police were told numerous vehicles were seen driving on the trails within the park and had caused significant damage.
One accused was charged with mischief under $5,000.
They’re scheduled to appear in Huntsville court at a later date.
Huntsville OPP reminds the public to respect private property and landowners.
If anyone is found on private property without permission it could result in charges being laid under the Trespass to Property Act.
