For the second time in a week, the death toll from COVID-19 has climbed in Huron and Perth counties.
Another death was reported in the region Thursday, raising the area’s death toll to 55.
Also on the rise is active cases, with twenty new cases logged in the latest report, and another ten resolved.
The update raises Huron-Perth from 77 active cases to 87.
Three people are currently in hospital in the two counties due to the novel coronavirus.
