A Little Brittain man faces impaired driving and flight from police charges after a short police pursuit in Bracebridge.
On April 30th at 11:15 pm, OPP responded to a complaint from a member of the public about a vehicle that was likely being driven by an impaired driver.
Police found the vehicle in the Ball’s Drive area and initiated a short pursuit which police say saw the driver launch over a curb onto a lawn causing damage to the vehicle.
The 25-year-old was arrested and charged with impaired driving, refusal to provide a breath sample, and flight from police.
The accused is set to appear in Bracebridge court on June 8th.
