A 46-year-old woman in Haliburton faces an Over-80 charge after a vehicle ended up in the ditch near Mountain Street in Dysart.
OPP was notified around 8 pm on Sunday. They charged the Highlands East woman and towed the vehicle.
The accused’s driver’s license was also suspended for 90 days.
She has a court date set for Minden on June 2nd.
