The self proclaimed “Freedom Rally” in Barrie Saturday had to move because the group’s usual gathering place downtown was fenced off.
The demonstrators instead staged a moving protest and walked to one of the city’s beach areas.
Police charged one person with causing a disturbance.
A small group of protesters also gathered in Collingwood Saturday.
