Barrie Police are asking demonstrators who disagree with lock downs and mask mandates to stay home Saturday.
They’re also asking people who disagree with the protesters to stay home.
Another demonstration is planned Saturday afternoon at Meridian Place, by those who believe being asked to wear a mask, or to abide by public health orders, infringes on their freedoms.
Barrie police say they will be there to monitor the protest and ensure it stays peaceful. But they say those who attend may be subject to tickets and fines.
Police are asking those who do not agree with the protesters to steer clear as well.
