In its first update since the Easter Long Weekend, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 371 new cases of COVID-19, along with 3 more deaths related to the virus.
The health unit also says another 223 cases have screened positive in the region as a variant of concern.
The new cases include:
