A collision on Highway 40 has resulted in the death of a Windsor resident.
Just before 6 a.m. on April 1, Lamton County OPP, EMS and Sarnia Fire Rescue responded to a two vehicle incident south of Confederation Line. Both drivers were taken to hospital.
One of the drivers suffered minor injuries, the other driver’s injuries were deemed life-threatening.
Police identified the deceased as 31-year-old Luis Garcia Ventura, who died as a result of their injuries on April 2.
An investigation of the incident is underway and anyone with information is to call Lambton County OPP.
