A 14 year old from Orillia has been charged with assault, after an incident Tuesday at a park in the city.
OPP say they were called to a park on Coldwater Road, where two young victims had been assaulted.
Police searched the area and established the identity of the suspect.
He later turned himself in and was released with a court date.
