Snow Valley Resort is now closed for the season.
It says last night’s rain that is expected to continue today has forced it to no longer be able to operate safely and has made the decision to end all of its winter operations effective immediately.
Snow Valley wants to say a big “thank you” to all of its staff, along with the skiing, snowboarding, tubing and snowshoeing community who supported the resort this season.

Horseshoe Resort has also decided to close due to the mild weather, while the ski hill at Blue Mountain Resort is closed today, but hopes to reopen tomorrow (Saturday).
Hidden Valley is closed today, but is optimistic for the weekend. For more details, please click here.
As we mentioned yesterday, plans change! Mother Nature threw the final punch with todays rain. Despite everyone's best effort, we are now closed for the season. It has been a wild, short ride!
