Charges have been laid, after a lifeguard hut at Goderich’s Rotary Cove Beach was broken into twice in February.
According to police, a suspect was found inside the hut on February 19th, and was taken into custody without incident.
Two days later, officers report the accused was caught again in the property, and charged.
A 30 year old Goderich man is facing thirteen charges, including break and enter, theft, and mischief.
