A teen who was struck and killed by a train in Springwater has been identified by friends and family as Kevin Morgan.
Police say the 13 year old boy was walking his dog on Sunday morning, when he was hit by the train near Baldwick Lane north of Highway 90.
The dog ran home uninjured.
Kevin was a Grade 8 student at Portage View Public School in Barrie.
A GoFundMe account has been set up for Kevin’s parents and four siblings to help with funeral costs.
