Collingwood Council has approved the extension of COVID-19 relief measures that will continue to support residents and businesses.
Municipal property tax penalties will be waived on 2021 (current year) taxes only, until the end of April 2021.
Starting May 1, 2021, property tax penalties will once again be put in place for any overdue amounts.
As a reminder, it takes 2-3 business days for the Town to receive online payments. If you are planning to make a payment online and wait until April 30, 2021, your account will incur penalty if your payment is received on May 1, 2021 and beyond.
All taxpayers have the option to continue with their regular payments if desired.
