A 30 year old man has been charged with first degree murder after a homicide in Ramara township.
OPP say a woman was found dead inside a house on Monck Road, east of highway 169 — a man was also injured and was taken to hospital.
The suspect was arrested at the scene Saturday night and also faces a charge of attempted murder. Police say he was a member of the household.
No names have been released.
Residents in the area should expect to see an increased police presence in the coming days as the investigation unfolds.
