A wind turbine company is providing scholarships to students at three high schools in Huron County, for students planning to focus on renewable energy in college or university.
K2 Wind has created three $500 “Sustainable Future Scholarships,” for students planning to attend college in the Fall of 2021.
One scholarship each will be provided to students at Goderich District Collegiate Institute, St. Anne’s Catholic Secondary School, and F.E. Madill Secondary School.
The scholarship will benefit a student pursuing a post-secondary education focused on renewable energy.
The deadline to apply for the scholarship is May 31st.
