A traffic violation in Oro-Medonte has led to the arrest of a 34-year-old man.
Police say a vehicle was stopped on Highway 400 on Saturday afternoon, when an impaired driving investigation began and the driver was arrested.
As part of the investigation, the officer read the driver a demand for a breath test and the driver did not comply.
As a result, the OPP says Jacob McCallen, of Seguin Township, has been charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand.
He has been released on a Form 10 Undertaking with a court date of March 23, 2021 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Orillia.
