The Harrison Park Good Cheer outdoor skating rink in Owen Sound is increasing capacity to a maximum of 15 skaters as of Saturday.
City officials say the decision was made following consultation with the Grey Bruce Health Unit.
The outdoor rink continues to operate under a safety plan developed by city staff and the health unit to meet provincial lockdown regulations.
It is only from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends.
Those skating at the rink will be required to register and provide contact tracing information with a city staff member on-duty at the site.
The rink is for skating only at this time. City officials say hockey, tag or any other games that would result in people coming within two metres of one another are not allowed.
Skaters also have to wear a mask or face covering.
