Impaired driving charges have been laid, following a collision in Ramara Township.
On Monday morning, police were called to crash on Concession Road FG, where officers initiated an impaired driving investigation and a 55 year old man was arrested.
Police say the driver, Brian Baron, is charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
- Mischief
The accused is being held in custody and is set to appear for a bail hearing on January 25, 2021 via video at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie.
