Charges have now been laid in a fatal incident involving a motorcycle, in Springwater Township.
The OPP says that on July 10, a motorcycle collided with a farm tractor on Highway 26 west of Horseshoe Valley Road.
The rider, 64 year old David Ball of Essa Township, was thrown from the bike and pronounced dead at the scene.
As a result of the investigation, 84 year old Teunis Ploeg of Springwater Township, has been charged with careless driving causing death.
The accused is to appear in court in Wasaga Beach on March 2, 2021.
