The Special Investigations Unit has ended its investigation into an incident in Collingwood.
On December 17, OPP officers were called to a strip mall in Collingwood which has businesses on the ground floor and apartment units on the second floor.
The officers had information that unwanted individuals were in one of the units.
While officers were outside the apartment unit door, a man from inside attempted to escape through a bedroom window.
The man fell about five metres to the ground below, fracturing his right wrist.
The SIU Director says it is apparent that the 42 year old Collingwood man is alone responsible for his injuries.
