An Orillia man is going to be shaving off his ‘trademark’ beard to help the local food bank.
Joe Cornelisse made the promise to shave his beard live on Facebook, if he could raise $1,000 for The Sharing Place.
Well, that didn’t take long and now he’s increased the fundraising campaign to $5,000.
However, the beard is DEFINITELY coming off.
Joe’s been growing the beard for 15 years and his son, who is 11, has never seen him without it.
