
Public Health Grey Bruce confirmed ten new cases of COVID-19 in the region Saturday.
The Health Unit says three cases are in Grey Highlands, three are in Owen Sound, one is in West Grey, one is in Saugeen Shores, one is in South Bruce and one is in Arran Elderslie.
With six more recoveries Saturday, there are 32 confirmed active cases across the region with two cases in hospital. The Health Unit says there are fifteen Active Probable Cases. Probable cases are not lab confirmed, but are symptomatic and are high-risk contacts of an active case.
No one has died locally from the virus.
Normanby Community School in Ayton still has outbreak status (school is on holiday break) while an outbreak at Errinrung Long-Term Care Home in Thornbury has been declared over. There are no outbreaks in childcare centres in Grey Bruce.
