A tip from motorists about a fight on Hwy 12 has resulted in charges for a 20-year-old Tay Township man.
Wednesday OPP received word about two people fighting in the middle of Hwy 12 at Gervais Road.
OPP found them after they fled the scene.
Police say the consensual fight was a result of road rage between the two drivers.
One man was arrested and charged with refusal to comply with a demand and operating a vehicle with cannabis readily available.
The accused in the case is set to appear in Midland court January 7th.
