A 33-year-old Barrie man faces charges after a vehicle ended up in a ditch in Innisfil.
Police responded Monday night to the 5th Sideroad and Innisfil Beach Road area and found the man unhurt, standing beside the vehicle which was flipped on its passenger side.
He’s since been charged with impaired driving and dangerous operation of a vehicle.
His license was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven.
He’ll appear at a future court date.
