A Senior Climatologist with Environment Canada says Huron County had unusually warm weather through the Fall.
David Phillips tells Country 104.9 News temperatures in October and November were, on average, 4 to 5 degrees warmer than normal.
October 23rd reached a monthly high of 21.3 Degrees Celsius, while a temperature of 23.1 Degrees Celsius was recorded November 9th.
The warmest temperature in December, so far, was 10.2 Degrees, recorded on the 12th.
Phillips expects the recent Fall in Huron County to be one of the warmest on record.
Autumn wraps up this weekend, with Winter officially beginning Monday, December 21st.
