More Covid-19 vaccines are on the way to Canada.
Today Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Canada has secured a second agreement for early vaccine doses.
Up to 168,000 doses of the Moderna Covid vaccine should arrive before the end of December pending Health Canada approval.
“These doses are part of the guaranteed 40 million doses we have secured from Moderna,” he said. “And deliveries could begin within 48 hours of regulatory approval.”
Trudeau also says any vaccine approved in Canada will be safe and effective.
