Two Midland residents have been charged after donated toys were stolen from a local toy drive.
On December 9th, OPP investigated after the thefts were reported at the toy drive, which was at North Simcoe Sports and Recreation.
On December 12th and 13th, the suspects – a 29-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man – were charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation.
They both have court dates scheduled for January in Midland.
