The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting a new death today and 36 new cases.
Information on the person who died hasn’t been released.
The new cases include one in Wasaga Beach, a man 65 to 79, and two cases in Collingwood, a woman 45 to 64 and a man 65 to 79. Both of the Collingwood cases are under investigation by the health unit.
There is a new case in Orillia, a man 18 to 34, whose case is part of a congregate setting outbreak.
There are 10 cases in Barrie, one in Midland, one in Penetanguishene, two in Springwater, one in Tiny and two in New Tecumseth.
The health unit has listed six cases as pending and where they live has not been reported yet.
