Home Horizon in Collingwood is getting a grant.
The Gay Lea Foundation has announced 13 new grants across Canada and beyond, and Home Horizon has been chosen for its S.A.F.E. program.
The Specialized Access for Everyone Program sees Home Horizon working with community partners – including 211 – to develop specialized outreach strategies, interaction, counselling and individualized support for homeless youth.
Home Horizon is getting a five thousand dollar grant to support program staffing and outreach.
