A crash in Midland has resulted in impaired driving charges.
Police say the accident happened on Balm Beach Road yesterday afternoon and officers detected alcohol on the breath of one of the drivers involved.
Following a Roadside Screening Test on the driver, a 28 year old Tiny Township man (Kristopher DUNN) has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Operation While Impaired
Operation While Blood Alcohol – 80 or above
The accused was released and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on December 17, 2020 in Midland.
