One case of COVID-19 has been confirmed at Central Huron Secondary School.
According to the Avon Maitland District School Board, the single infection has not prompted the dismissal of the affected class, nor the closure of the school.
The news follows an infection reported last week at Goderich District Collegiate Institute, prompting students in one class to be sent home and monitored.
Meantime, two cases of COVID-19 were announced Wednesday in Huron and Perth counties, while one case was re-assigned to another health unit.
The two cases were reported in West Perth and Perth East, respectively.
