OPP have charged a 21-year-old Orillia man in connection with a recent assault.
On November 26th OPP were called to a Colbourne Street parking lot where a man had been assaulted with a weapon.
They charged the injured man in connection with a robbery that had happened at a Westmount Road convenience store earlier that day, but now say the man who assaulted him is facing charges.
Charges include aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, being a common nuisance and endangering life and five counts of failing to comply with probation.
The accused is being held in custody for a December 9th Barrie court appearance.
