Charges have been laid more than three months after a crash in Howick Township claimed the life of a 24 year old.
OPP say Brandon Cox of Clifford was killed, following a collision that took place on Harriston Road August 19th, west of Harriston.
According to police, investigators found the defendant’s pickup truck had crossed over the centre line, and into the path of the deceased’s vehicle.
A 33 year old man from Howick Township is now facing charges of careless driving causing death, operate a motor vehicle without insurance, and driver – fail to properly wear seat belt.
He is expected to appear in Goderich court January 5th.
