A 30-year-old Orillia man is facing charges after two residences were broken into.
At 4:30 am Friday police responded to a break-in call at a Cedar Street residence.
The suspect fled but was caught at 5:20 am. Police then learned that a second residence on the street had also been broken into.
The suspect’s charges include break and entering, resisting arrest, obstructing police, possession of break-in instruments and possession of stolen property under $5,000, as well as failing to comply with probation and a release order.
The accused has a court date set in Barrie on December 2nd.
