There are reports today that the Rogers Centre could be demolished.
The proposal from Rogers Communications is to reportedly demolish the old SkyDome and construct a new “natural grass” ballpark in its place as part of a whole downtown redevelopment plan with Brookfield Asset Management.
Some waterfront options are also apparently being explored.

The reports have yet to be confirmed by Rogers.
