A 48 year old has been charged, after OPP say a transport truck was caught with a hand-made licence plate in South Huron.
Police say they received a call about the truck and trailer, which was located along Thames Road West, near Exeter.
According to reports, the truck’s licence plate was constructed from paper and a magic marker.
OPP say the driver also did not have a valid commercial motor vehicle certification, and failed to maintain his daily log book or complete his daily inspection report.
