A 46-year-old Tay Township man is facing charges in relation to poppy box thefts in Waubaushene.
OPP responded Saturday at 2:03 pm after reports a Royal Canadian Legion poppy cash donation box had been taken from a Waubaushene area retail outlet.
They later learned poppy boxes were also stolen on the same day from two other Waubaushene retail store locations.
The suspect faces three counts of theft under 5,000, failing to comply with probation and three counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000.
He’ll appear in Midland court January 21st to answer to the charges.
