Three men are now facing charges, after police received complaints about motorcyclists driving erratically on roads and trails in Springwater.
On Saturday morning, an officer on patrol stopped three dirt bikes at Sunnidale and Dobson.
As a result of the investigation three men ranging in age from 29 to 40 years old were charged with the following offences
HTA 53(1) Adult Driving while under suspension
HTA 33(1) Adult Driver fail to surrender licence
ORVA 15(1) Adult Drive off-road vehicle no insurance
Police would like to remind individuals that under provincials laws a helmet, licence plate, registration, insurance and driver’s licence are required when operating their off road vehicles on public trails, road allowances and Simcoe County Forests. They must be presented to an officer upon demand.
